Delivery

Our standard delivery charges apply to the United Kingdom. The following areas are not included within our UK standard service: Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, Scottish highlands. Please contact us in advance for delivery charges.

Free Delivery on all UK mainland orders over £75* (* Excludes Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands)

Dispatch
We aim to dispatch stock items routinely within 5 working days. You will receive confirmation that your order has been accepted and processed prior to dispatch usually within 24 hours. In the event that an item is out of stock you will be notified and advised of an expected delivery date.  In rare cases, usually where goods are awaited from our supplier, delivery may take up to 14 days. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the supplier, or any other third party.

We try wherever possible to reuse outer packaging in our deliveries, in a bid recylcle and minimise the use of cardboard.

Delivery outside the UK

Europe and ‘outer’ UK:
We value your custom. If you are based in Europe, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland Scottish Highlands it is essential that you contact us for delivery charges prior to placing your order and completing online payment. Delivery outside the UK will be charged at full cost based on the weight of your total order. We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event that you do not contact us prior to placing an order for this reason.

Rest of world:
Unfortunately, we are unable to dispatch items to USA and Canada and other countries outside Europe at this time. Again, we reserve the right to cancel your order for that reason.

All payments and prices are in UK Pound Sterling (GBP).

Payment Methods
Payment can be made using credit/debit card payments using the secure online payment gateway google checkout or by personal cheque. Goods will be dispatched after your payment has cleared.
