Agreement to Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the Peekaboo Toys website www.peekabootoys.co.uk. This website is the property of Peekaboo Toys Limited (“Peekaboo Toys”). By using this website, you agree to these terms of use. Peekaboo Toys reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

Content

All text, products, photographs, trademarks, logos and artwork (collectively, “Content”), is controlled or licensed by or to Peekaboo Toys, and is protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. No part of the website and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Peekaboo Toys express prior written consent.

Purchase Terms and Conditions

You agree to abide by terms and conditions, including where applicable representing that you are of sufficient legal age to use such service.

Peekaboo Toys reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any ordered Products, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which the customer has accepted when an order has been placed. Once an order is placed customers are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.

After order is placed we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Peekaboo Toys. As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when (and not before) we dispatch your order. You will be separately notified in the event that we do not accept your order, or where you have otherwise cancelled your order.

By placing an order you agree that any information provided by you will be true, accurate, current and complete and you are the authorised holder of any credit or debit card you may use on the website. You agree that the Products you ordered are for family domestic use only.

All emails sent will be deemed as read, it is your responsibility to ensure that the email address supplied is accurate and capable of receiving our emails.

We may collect, store and use information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Price and Promotions

Discounts are available online while stock last. The price displayed at time of purchase is the price you will pay and will in general not be affected by price increases or decreases. We are unable to offer a discounted price should the price of an item decrease after you make your purchase.

Free UK Delivery is available to the UK mainland customers only (excluding the Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland). Minimum spend of £20 applies.

All vouchers and discount codes must be entered before proceeding to the payment page and cannot be applied if not entered at time of placing the order. If a code does not apply a discount please check the valid dates.

Cancellation

Due to the quick turnaround of orders we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. Customers must ensure they check their order carefully before submitting it.

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 30 working days after the day on which you receive the Products.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract we will refund the original purchase price, provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 30 working days after the day on which you receive the Products, that you have taken reasonable care of the Products and they remain unused and unopened.

Shipping and Delivery

We try to offer the best and most competitive shipping rates and any charges are only covering the cost of shipping as incurred by us from our third party delivery service providers. Where possible, we subsidise the shipping charge and do not pass this on to our customers.

If you fail to take delivery of the ordered Products and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrival via email. A refund of the cost of Products without shipping will be processed within 7 days unless you have notified us before then to advise that the Products are still required. If the Products are still required, you will be charged an additional shipping fee for a second delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is someone at the delivery address at the specified date to sign for the parcel. If no one is present the courier may deliver the Products to a neighbour either side or directly opposite and should leave a card to advise where this parcel has been left. If a parcel has been delivered but you are claiming non receipt of a parcel then please allow 3-5 days from date of notifying us to allow us to investigate with the courier. If a refund is applied and the Products are later located then we reserve the right to place a debit for these Products unless you return them to us.

Stock Outs

Usually everything displayed on our site as In Stock is present in our business and available for immediate sale.

In the unlikely event that any ordered Products are not readily available to us, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will receive an email notification of any order cancellation as a result of stock out. To the extent that the out of stock item forms part of a larger order, all other Products ordered by the customer will be dispatched in the normal way.

Delivery Timeframes

We use a number of third party courier service providers and on occasion human error may cause a package to be misdirected. Once despatched, the on time delivery of a package is the responsibility of the relevant courier company and Peekaboo Toys cannot be held responsible for a package not reaching its destination on time.

In order to avoid disappointment, we suggest that customers place orders well in advance of parties and Christmas to allow for any unforeseen delays.

In the event that you do not receive your Peekaboo Toys package within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.

Returns and Refunds

We are happy to exchange or refund Products if returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the Products are unused, unopened, in their original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. All returns must be accompanied by a valid Peekaboo Toys receipt or, for online returns, your order reference.

We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible, please allow up to 14 working days for refunds and replacements to be processed.

Please note that the time taken to process a refund may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. This processing time is completely outside of our control and any delay is not on the part of Peekaboo Toys.
